Assessment and discovery
Our process includes the development of a person centered plan highlighting your interests, available resources and supports, your experience and goals, and steps you would like to take on your career path.
Finding a job
You will meet with a Career Coordinator who will work with you on making sure you are fully prepared for the job seeking process, and support you in finding the job you are looking for.
Support you keeping a job
Job Coaches will be available to meet you either at your job or outside of your job to support you in addressing any additional training or support you might need to be successful.
